This is my first post in this blog, so I decided to start my blog with the sweet recipe. Everyone's favorite paneer Jamun

PANEER JAMUN

Cook time: 10 minutes

Total time: 30 minutes

Serve:5-7

 This is a delicious Indian sweet that taste good will serve this as a dessert for any festival

INGREDIENTS 

  • Milk             - 1 liter
  • water            - 750 ml
  • lemon            - 1
  • Sugar            - 1 cup
  • Rose essence     - flavor
  • Rose milk essence- color

INSTRUCTION

  1. Heat the milk in a pan and add the lemon juice or vinegar to the milk once it gets boiled.
  2. Boil the milk until it turns to paneer and filter the milk using a cotton cloth
  3. Knead the paneer dough till it becomes soft and smooth.
  4. Add rose milk essence to it and knead well.
  5. Make small balls from the dough.
  6. Add sugar and water in the pan heat them until it gets dissolved.
  7. Drop the paneer balls into the sugar syrup let them boil for 3-4 minutes in high flame.
  8. Then 2 minutes in low flame. 
  9. Cool them and serve chill.

1. Take the milk

2. Heat the milk in the pan without adding any waters.

3. Make the milk to boil.
4. Add lemon juice to the boiling milk


5. Milk turns into the paneer and then filter the milk


6. Use the cloth, filter the milk and wash them with normal water then squeeze out  excess water

7. Paneer should not contain any water.
8. Knead the dough until it becomes soft and smooth.


9. Knead continuously, after 10 minutes the dough looks smooth and combined form.

10. Add 4 drops of rose milk essence.

11. Ready to make the balls

12. Make small balls of your desire shape.


13. Meanwhile, mix the water and sugar and heat them until the sugar dissolves



14. Add the Jamun balls to the sugar syrup.

15. let it boil for 5 minutes.

Serve them! enjoy!
