Mint leaves are a calm herb that people have used for thousands of years to soothe an upset Stomach and indigestions. Mint that contains the menthol. This is an aromatic decongestant that might clear the cold, phlegm and mucus in the lungs and making them expel easier from it. Taking the menthol in the regular basics great treatment during a common cold.

Mint that contains a trace amount of nutritions like Potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, Vitamin C & A, Iron. Mint in the diet is most beneficial as a replacement as salty, sugary.

Mint rice is a good lunch box recipe that tastes delicious and good for health. I made this with normal rice. Thus it is a good combo for a variety of rice.

Ingredients 

  • Peanuts                             - 2 tbsp
  • Onion                                - 2 medium size
  • Ginger garlic paste           - 1 tbsp
  • Salt                                    - as required
  • Water                                 - 3 cups
  • Rice                                   - 1 cup
  • oil                                      -1/2 tsp
For paste
  • Mint leaves                      - 2 cups
  • Coriander leaves             - 1/2 cup
  • Cumin                              - 1 tsp
  • Peppercorns                    - 2 tsp
  • Red chili                         -  2 no
Instruction:
  1. Heat the pan add the cumin, coriander leaves, peppercorns, red chili, and mint leaves roast them well.
  2. In the mixer and add all the roast ingredients and grind them well.
  3. In the pressure cooker, add oil and cumin seeds to it. 
  4. Add peanuts to it and roast it well.
  5. Add onion to it and saute them well and add ginger-garlic paste to it.
  6. Saute them well and the mint paste to it and stir up well.
  7.  Soak the rice for 30 minutes, add the rice to it.
  8. Add the water and required salt to it.
  9. Pressure cook them in a medium flame for about 3 whistles.
  10. Once the pressure is released, serve them hot
  11.  Serve Hot! Enjoy!

2. In a pressure cooker, add oil, cumin peanut and roast well and add the onion to it




3. Once the onion cooked well and the ginger garlic paste to it and stir up 

4. Add the soaked rice, water, and the required salt  to it

Carrot Kurma

Carrot Kurma "Hello! Always be happy and Stay Healthy " Kurma is an everyday side-dish that often used in south India. Thus it is a good side dish for Chapati, Poori, Dosai, Rice, and Biryani.
