Carrot Kurma
Kurma is an everyday side-dish that often used in south India. Thus it is a good side dish for Chapati, Poori, Dosai, Rice, and Biryani. Mostly the kurma is made with the Potatoes, soya chunks, cauliflower, and green peas. This is a new trial I have made with the carrot. I will do this kurma once in a week for chapati or poori.
