This is great treat on Sunday's with rice and rasam. Liver is good for everyone which is  rich in iron and vitamins.Taking Liver twice a month is good for health.

Type:side-dish 

Ingredients

  • Lamp  Liver                        -   500 g
  • onion                                     - 1 (medium size)
  • Green chillis                        - 1(small size)
  • cinnamon                            - small piece
  • Turmeric powder            - 1 1/2 tsp 
  • pepper powder                 - 1 tbsp
  • chili powder                      - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt                                        - as required
  • oil                                           - 1 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste         - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Clean the liver with turmeric powder and rock salt and wash them well.
  2. Add chili powder and salt to the liver and marinate for 5 minutes .
  3. In the pressure cook, add marinated liver and half cup of water pressure cook them in  a medium flame for about 2 whistles.
  4. Heat the pan and add oil,cinnamon, green chilis and saute well.
  5. Add onion to it and stir up well.
  6. Add ginger garlic paste and stir up well till the raw smell leaves.
  7. Now add the pressure cooked liver in the pan .
  8. Add chili powder and salt as for your taste.
  9. saute them well till all the water leaves and until it roast well.
  10. Serve them hot and enjoy the dining.

1.Wash the liver and marinate them with turmeric, chili powder and salt

2.Heat the pan and saute the onion, green chilli's and cinnamon 

3.Pressure the liver and add them to the pan and saute well.


Garnish and Serve them Hot! Enjoy!
