This is great treat on Sunday's with rice and rasam. Liver is good for everyone which is rich in iron and vitamins.Taking Liver twice a month is good for health.

Ingredients
- Lamp Liver - 500 g
- onion - 1 (medium size)
- Green chillis - 1(small size)
- cinnamon - small piece
- Turmeric powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- pepper powder - 1 tbsp
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - as required
- oil - 1 tsp
- ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Instructions
- Clean the liver with turmeric powder and rock salt and wash them well.
- Add chili powder and salt to the liver and marinate for 5 minutes .
- In the pressure cook, add marinated liver and half cup of water pressure cook them in a medium flame for about 2 whistles.
- Heat the pan and add oil,cinnamon, green chilis and saute well.
- Add onion to it and stir up well.
- Add ginger garlic paste and stir up well till the raw smell leaves.
- Now add the pressure cooked liver in the pan .
- Add chili powder and salt as for your taste.
- saute them well till all the water leaves and until it roast well.
- Serve them hot and enjoy the dining.
