White Kurma

White Kurma

"Hello! Always be happy and stay positive"

White kurma or Saravana Bhavan kurma or velai kurma is a vegetarian kurma that tastes delicious and it contains potatoes, carrot, beans. It is one of the traditional food of the south region of India. We can serve with chapati, paratha, and biryani.

Making kurma is simple. I have made this with coconut and it is slightly the Kerala style kurma made with coconut and coconut oil. I have uploaded this white kurma because of our one of the viewer's recommendation. This kurma is less in spices and can feed our children

White kurma is specially made without coriander and spices so it looks white and it takes fresh and delicious treat for vegetarians during Sundays.
